نهديكم في مؤسسة أوربت الدولية وهي مؤسسة غير ربحية مقرها في المملكة المتحدة أطيب التحيات، حيث نعمل في أوربت من أجل دعم وتطوير القطاعات المهنية والمؤسسات الأهلية والمحلية المختلفة في مناطق دول العالم الثالث ومناطق النزاعات.
وانسجاماً مع قرارات الاتحاد الأوروبي لدعم الديمقراطية في الشرق الأوسط ومناطق السلطة الفلسطينية فإننا نرغب بالبدء ببرنامج دعم للمشاريع الخاصة بالمجالس المحلية في مناطق السلطة الفلسطينية بالتعاون مع مجموعة من المؤسسات الدولية الأوروبية وعليه فإننا نرغب من حضرتكم تقديم مشاريع مقترحة وفقا لأهميتها وانعكاسها على مستوى رفاهية المواطنين وذلك ضمن المحددات التالية:
- مشاريع استراتيجية وتنموية وبنية تحتية.
- مشاريع دعم القطاعات المهمشة، الاكثر فقرا – تشغيل عمال-
- مشاريع تعنى بالفئات الاجتماعية – مرأة، طفل، شباب.
- مشاريع تمكين للمرأة ” مشاريع متناهية الصغر”
- مشاريع تطوير العلاقة مع المجتمع المدني.
- مشاريع حوكمة النظم الإدارية في المؤسسات الأهلية.
- مشاريع رفع كفاءة العاملين في الهيئات المحلية ” برنامج تدريبي تخصصي” محاسبة، هندسة، علاقات عامة، إلخ”
كما يرجى من المجلس او الهئية او البلدية الراغبين بالتقدم بإرسال الخطط الاستراتيجية للبلدية إن وجد مع تعريف بالهيئة المحلية من حيث عدد السكان وعدد المرافق الخدماتية ” مدارس، عيادات، أو مراكز صحية، مراكز ثقافية أو شبابية، مراكز للمرأة والطفل بالإضافة إلى الفئات العمرية وتوزيع الأعمار، والنوع الاجتماعي للسكان وأهم المشاريع المنفذة خلال الدورات السابقة وأهم المشاريع الموجودة ضمن الخطة الاستراتيجية للتنفيذ خلال المرحلة القادمة.

We at Orbit Training and Development, are a non-profit organization based in London – UK work to support and develop the professional sectors and various civil and local institutions in the regions of third-world countries and conflict areas.
In line with the decisions of the European Union to support democracy in the Middle East and the Palestinian territories, we would like to start a program of support for projects for local councils and municipalities in the Palestinian territories in cooperation with a group of European international institutions within the following concepts:
– Strategic, development, and infrastructure projects.
– Projects to support marginalized sectors.
– Projects concerned with social groups – women, children, youth.
– Women empowerment projects
– Projects to develop the relationship with civil society.
– Projects of governance of administrative systems in civil institutions.
– Projects to raise the efficiency of workers in local authorities, “a specialized training program”, accounting, engineering, public relations, etc.
You are also kindly requested to send your strategic plans, if any, with an introduction to your local council, in terms of population and number of service facilities “schools, clinics, health centres, cultural or youth centres, women and children centres in addition to age groups, age distribution, and population gender as well as the most important projects implemented during the previous sessions and the most important projects within your strategic plan
